Do I need a bigger plan for kitchen chits?
No. Receipt and kitchen printing come with every plan. Dine-in table management is part of the Complete POS System in ADVANCE and ALL-IN-ONE.
What happens if the internet goes down during service?
Nothing changes at the counter. Diwan bills, prints and tracks stock without a connection, and syncs by itself once the line returns. The internet is only needed once, to activate the licence.
Can waiters take orders on a phone or tablet?
Yes. The Android build runs on Android 8.0 or later and is included with every licence. How many devices you can run at once depends on your edition's terminal limit.
